Malta raises MPRP Investments Thresholds and Fees

Residency Malta will implement price increases and structural changes to the Malta Permanent Residency Program (MPRP) starting Jan 1st 2025, according to a circular issued yesterday.....

The minimum property purchase threshold increases to Euro375000 nationwide, up from Euro350000 in Malta and Euro300000 in Gozo....
